The phrasebook_manager tag provides a framework for adding and updating phrasebooks (a collection of translations) which are used to localize SML features. The phrasebook_manager tag can be added to the SML for the tab that you want to localize or can be added to a separate tab or a separate tab on a separate page. Once you add the tag to your SML you will be able to edit the phrasebook manager as you would other SML features.

Configuring the phrasebook manager is simple. When creating a new phrasebook, enter a name in the name field, click upload and select your phrasebook file. Be sure to leave the "Namespace" field blank. When editing an existing phrasebook, enter the namespace, click upload and select your phrasebook file. If the file is valid you will be presented with a success message, if invalid you will be provided with information about the problems with the file.

To download your phrasebook file, enter the namespace and name of your phrasebook and press the download button. Be aware that the "names" in a phrasebook are case sensitive when writing them into an SML tag.

When the upload successfully completes, you will receive your namespace. You may want to write down your namespace and phrasebook name, and remember they are case sensitive. You will use these values to configure localization for your SML feature.
