Invalid problem markers (for example, those that continue to reappear after you fix the corresponding problem in the configuration), can usually be removed by running a clean and build. When you run a clean and build, Oracle Communications Design Studio discards all build problems and built states of the selected projects and rebuilds those projects from scratch.
