This document describes the enhancements that are introduced and the Access Service Ordering Guidelines (ASOG) issues that have been implemented in Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution Access Service Request (ASR) 57.
This document consists of the following sections:

The ASR57BD.sql file is included in this release. The installer provides all upgrades to MetaSolv Solution executable files and stored procedure files (Procs directory).
MetaSolv Solution 6.3.0 (July 2018 patch) supports ASR 57 on the following software versions:

This section describes new enhancements in ASR 57.
This section provides information about the new form that has been added in this release.
The PTA form is prepared by the provider and forwarded to the customer when the ordering customer's request for service requires a response or when the provider's product or service offers this information.

Oracle intends to deprecate support for ASR CORBA APIs starting with Access Service Request (ASR) 58. Oracle recommends that you use ASR Web Services to integrate ASR with other Oracle products or with external applications. See ASR Web Services Developer's Guide for more information about the ASR Web Services.
