Recovery

If the route becomes Unavailable due to a Linkset failure, the M3UA attempts to automatically recover all links not manually disabled or blocked.
If the route becomes Unavailable due to the receipt of a TFP, MTP3 periodically attempts to validate the route using the MTP3 signaling-route-set-test procedure.
