- The COMCOL module reports the 31225 alarm when the required HA resource fail to start.
- Diagnostic Information:

On the active NO, get the content of the following these tables by executing the commands:
iqt -E HaClusterPolicyCfgiqt -E HaClusterResourceCfgiqt -E HaNodeLocPrefiqt -E HaResourceCfgha.infoon active NO, SO and all MPs
Recovery:
- This alarm clears automatically when the HA daemon successfully starts.
- If this alarm does not clear after a couple minutes, collect logs in Diagnostic information and it is recommended to contact My Oracle Support.
