Recovery:

This event indicates a TCAP component was received from the remote TCAP peer that could not be successfully decoded.
The event additional information field includes the reason why the decoding failed, plus the first 80 octets of the message starting with the MTP3 routing label. The message data can be used to determine the source of the malformed message.
