This graphic illustrates the following process:

1. A Siebel C R M user submits an order.

2. O S M orchestrates the order and sends order information to Oracle A I A.

3. Oracle A I A extracts the customer data from the order.

4. If there is hierarchy information on the order, Oracle A I A queries Siebel C R M for the full hierarchy by using a web service.

5. Siebel C R M sends the full account hierarchy to Oracle A I A.

6. Oracle A I A queries Siebel C R M for account information by using a web service.

7. Siebel C R M sends the account information to Oracle A I A.

8. Oracle A I A sends account information to B R M by invoking an opcode.

9. B R M creates the account and sends a confirmation to Oracle A I A.

10. Oracle A I A sends the confirmation to O S M.

11. O S M continues orchestrating the order.
