The order starts as a customer order in Siebel CRM, then OSM COM decomposes it into components. One component goes to OSM SOM as a service order, and OSM SOM transforms it into a technical order before sending it on to OSM TOM for further decomposition. OSM TOM decomposes this into further order components that are sent to ASAP for activation, and shipping and workforce management systems. Another component goes to BRM as a customer order, and two other components go to shipping and workforce management systems as customer orders.
