The figure illustrates the following:

1. While orchestrating an order, O S M initiates customer synchronization in Oracle A I A.

2. Oracle A I A extracts customer data from the order and queries Siebel C R M for the account details.

3. Siebel C R M sends the account details back to Oracle A I A.

4. Oracle A I A calls B R M with the account details.

5. B R M creates or updates the account and sends confirmation to Oracle A I A.

6. If there is a payment I D on the order, the following occurs:

   1. Oracle A I A queries Siebel C R M for the payment information.

   2. Siebel C R M sends the payment information to Oracle A I A.

   3. Oracle A I A calls B R M with the payment information.

   4. B R M records the payment and sends confirmation to Oracle A I A.

7. Oracle A I A sends the account and payment confirmation to O S M.

8. O S M continues with order orchestration activities.
