This graphic shows the following process:

  1. A Siebel C R M user updates an account for a customer.

  2. Siebel C R M sends the updated data to Oracle A I A.

  3. Oracle A I A updates the database with the new information and invokes Siebel C R M web services to query the immediate account hierarchy and account details.

  4. Siebel C R M sends the requested information to Oracle A I A.

  5. Oracle A I A sends the updated information to B R M by invoking the relevant opcode.

  6. B R M updates the accounts and sends a confirmation back to Oracle A I A.
