crsctl create policyset

Use the crsctl create policyset command to create a single policy set, in the form of a text file, that reflects the server pool configuration. After you create a policy set, you can copy the contents of the text file to create other policy sets.

Syntax

crsctl create policyset -file path_to_file

Parameters

-file file_name	Specify a path to where CRSCTL creates a file that you can edit and then send back using `crsctl modify policyset` to add, delete, or update policies.

Example

To create a policy set:

$ crsctl create policyset -file /tmp/ps
