1.4 Editing Your Account Profile

The section describes how to edit your account profile.By editing your account profile you can update your email address, edit your first or last name, upload a photo, or change your password.

1.4.1 Editing Your Account Profile and Preferences

To edit your account profile:

  1. Sign in to Oracle Application Express.

  2. Click the Account menu in the header region. See "Account Menu."

  3. Click Edit Profile.

    The Edit Profile dialog appears.

    The Edit Profile dialog appears.

  4. Under Profile Details, edit following attributes:

    • Email Address

    • First Name

    • Last Name

  5. Under Profile Photo, add, change, or remove your photo.

  6. Under Change Password, enter a new password. See "Changing Your Password."

  7. Click Apply Changes.

1.4.2 Changing Your Password

To reset your password:

  1. Sign in to Oracle Application Express.

  2. Click the Account menu in the header region and select Edit Profile.

    The Edit Profile dialog appears.

  3. Scroll down to Change Password and edit the following:

    • Enter Current Password

    • Enter New Password

    • Confirm Password

  4. Click Apply Changes.
