Viewing the Redemption Code

Customers need a redemption code to apply accrued rewards toward support invoices in the Billing Center system.

New OCI Console users can obtain the redemption code in either the new user authorization email they receive, or by using Oracle Support Rewards in the Console. Existing users can only view the redemption code in the Console.

To view the redemption code in Oracle Support Rewards:
1. Open the navigation menu and click Billing & Cost Management. Under Programs and Rewards, click Oracle Support Rewards. The Oracle Support Rewards page is displayed.
2. Click View redemption code. The View redemption code panel opens.
3. From Redemption code, click Show or Copy.
This task isn't available in the CLI.
