Moving a Capacity Reservation

Move a capacity reservation to another compartment.

1. Navigate to the Capacity Reservations list page. If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Capacity Reservations.
2. Select the capacity reservation.
3. Select:
  - Move resource.
4. Choose the destination compartment from the list.
5. Select Move resource.
Use the capacity reservations changecompartment command and required parameters to move a capacity reservation to a different compartment:

oci compute capacity-reservation change-compartment --from-json <file://path/to/file.json>
```
