Creating Custom Return Path

Create a custom return path to improve your inbox placement and monitor email bounces when bulk emails are sent.

    1. Open the navigation menu and click Developer Services. Under Application Integration, click Email Delivery. Under Email Delivery, click Email Domains.
    2. Click the name of the email domain where you want to configure custom return path.
    3. On the Email Domains Details page, click Custom return path.
    4. Click Add custom return path.
    5. On the Add custom return path panel, enter the subdomain to be used as custom return path domain in the Custom return path field.
    6. In the Description field, provide a description for the custom return path domain.
    7. Click Next.
    8. Copy the CNAME record and CNAME value and add it to the DNS zone of your email sending domain.
    9. Click Add custom return path.
      Note

      Email Delivery supports one active custom return path per email domain.
