Rejected SDK, CLI, and API calls

Details
When you use a Support Management SDK, CLI, or API to work with support requests, the call is rejected. This issue occurs when your tenancy isn't subscribed to US West (Phoenix) (us-phoenix-1 or PHX).
Workaround
Subscribe to US West (Phoenix). For instructions, see Subscribing to an Infrastructure Region.
If your home region isn't US West (Phoenix), then pass the home region in SDK, CLI, and API calls.
