Creating and Linking a New User with the User Account

You can create a new user and link the user with the imported user account if there are no existing users to assign.

  1. On the Domains list page, select the domain in which you want to make changes. If you need help finding the list page for the domain, see Listing Identity Domains.
  2. On the details page, select Integrated applications. A list of applications in the domain is displayed.
  3. Select the application to change.
  4. Select Import.
  5. On the row of the imported user, select Create new user and link from the Actions menu.
  6. In the Assign user window, enter the following user details: First name, Last name, and Username / Email.
  7. Select Use the email address as the user name option if you want to use the email address as your user name and select Assign.
The user account is manually linked to the new user and the synchronization status is confirmed.
