Creating an Artifact

Use Publisherto create an artifact type and provide the details.

1. Open the navigation menu and select Marketplace. Under Publisher, select Artifacts.
2. Click Create Artifact.
3. In the Create Artifact page, enter the following information:
  
  Enter a name for the artifact.
  
  Select the compartment where you want to create this artifact.
  
  Select the artifact type as Image, Stack, Container or Helm chart.
  
  If you select, Container, under Container details, provide the registry URL, and click Select container.
  
  In the Select all containers page, select a compartment from the list. From the displayed compartments, select a compartment where you want your listing to be created. You can select only one compartment for a listing.
  
  Click Select. The registry URL is now selected and visible in the Container details section.
4. To confirm that you have reviewed and applied all the mandatory guidelines for containers, select the check box that appears at the end of the page.
5. Click Create.
Use the oci marketplace-publisher artifact create command and required parameters to create an artifact:
oci marketplace-publisher artifact create --artifact-type --compartment-id ... [OPTIONS]

Run the CreateArtifact operation to create an artifact.
