Creating an AI Agent Listing

Creating, reviewing, and submitting an AI Agent listing in Marketplace.

    1. On the Listings list page, select Create listing. If you need help finding the list page, see Viewing Listings.
    2. In the Select listing type window, select AI Agent. This triggers the AI Agent–specific workflow.

    1. Header details

    Provide the basic information for the listing:

    • Compartment: Select the compartment where you want to create the listing.
    • Listing name: Enter a name for the listing. This is an internal name that won’t be displayed in the Marketplace listing for end users.

    2. AI Agent details

    You can create several revisions of a listing that replace a previous one when published.

    Enter the following information:

    • Display name: Enter the display name for the AI agent.
    • Headline: Enter a headline for the listing. It's displayed on top of the listing.
    • Key benefits: Enter the information that highlights the advantages of the solution.
    • Competitive differentiators: Enter the information that describes what makes the listing unique compared to others.
    • Detailed Description: Provide in-depth explanation of the product.
    • Target audience: Enter the target audience for the listing. For example, Product Managers, Architects, and so on.
    • Industries: Select applicable industries supported by the listing.
    • Asset type: Select the asset type to categorize the solution. For example, foundational, workflow, container service, and so on.
    • Locations: Specifies the Fusion work area that surfaces the agent. For example, Seeded, Lead Gen.
    • Products: Select the products that associates the listing with relevant products.
      Note

      Multiple selections are allowed.
    • Custom URL suffix (vanity URL) (Optional): Defines a custom endpoint or URL identifier for the listing.
    Geographic focus
    Enter the following information:
    • Location: Select the location that service the geographic regions.
    • Details: Enter the location details. You can add multiple countries.
    Version details
    • Version number: Enter the version number of the listing.
    • Version description: Enter the version details of the listing.
    • Release Date: Select the release date of the listing.
    Listing icon and banner
    • Listing icon: Upload the listing icon for the listing.
    • Banner name: Enter a name for the banner
    • Banner icon: Upload the icon for the banner.
    Product documentation

    (Optional) Attach product documentation. It is publicly visible on the listing.

    3. Support details

    Enter support details for the listing.

    AI Agent support

    Provide information on how a customer can get in touch with their partner and their support team.

    • Display text: Enter the display text that provides contact details.
    • URL: Enter the URL where the support team can be contacted.
    • Support contact
      • Name: Enter the support contact’s name
      • Phone: Enter the support contact’s phone number.
      • Email: Enter the support contact’s email address.
      • Email Subject: Enter the email's subject.
      • Listing Contact Name:: Enter the listing contact's name.
      • Listing Contact Email:: Enter the listing contact's email ID.
    • Languages supported by support staff: Select the languages supported by the support staff.

    4. AI Agent Summary review

    This page summarizes all the information entered to create an AI Agent listing.

    Select Submit.
