Creating a Multi-Party Private Offer

Create a Multi-Party private offer.

    1. On the Private offers page, select Create private offer.
    2. On the Create private offer page, in the Private offer type section, select Multi-party reseller to buyer offer.
      1. Basic Information
        • Private offer name: Enter a name for the multi-party private offer.
        • Description: Enter a description for the offer.
        • Select Multi-party private offer quote request: Select the quote request for which Multi-Party private offer must be created.
      2. Offer details
        Review quote details
        1. Quote duration: Displays the quote duration and the quote expiry date.
        2. Quote pricing: Select the currency and enter the new price for the quote.
        3. ISV Publisher information: Displays the name and OCID of the ISV.
        4. Reseller information: Displays the name and OCID of the reseller.
        5. Buyer information: Displays buyer's OCID.
        6. Offer details: Select the currency and the offer price.
        7. Offer dates: Select the date by which the buyer should accept the offer. You can also select the offer start date.
        8. Internal details: Enter the notes that contain reseller’s information. These notes can be viewed only by the reseller/ISV.
        9. Additional documents to buyer: Select a document that is required for the buyers while accepting the multi-party private offer.
        10. Custom fields: Enter custom field values with key-value pairs.
      3. Customer details: Enter the customer details such as company name, customer’s tenancy OCID, and customer’s contact details.
      4. Reseller contact(s): Enter the reseller contact details.
      5. Review and create: Review all the details.
    3. Select Create. The offer is in Draft status.
    4. From the Actions menu, select Send.
