Managing Apache Hue from Apache Ambari

Note

This task applies only to Big Data Service clusters with version 3.0.7 or later.
  1. Access Apache Ambari.
  2. From the side toolbar, under Services select Hue.
  3. Use the Actions button to start, stop, or restart the service.
  4. Use the Configs tab to modify the Apache Hue configs. For example, to change the default port where the Apache Hue service runs, from the Configs tab change the HTTP port and restart the service.
