Activation or Deactivation Fails
Troubleshoot problems with the activation or deactivation of a cluster placement group.
A request to activate or deactivate a cluster placement group can sometimes fail.
If the service is already updating, activating, or deactivating a cluster placement group when you try to activate or deactivate it, you get the error, "The resource is already being modified. Try again later."
Wait a few minutes, and then try again.
