Submitting a Demand Signal

Submit a demand signal after you have reviewed the request in 'Create' state.

    1. On the Demand Signal list page, select the name of the demand signal that you want submit. If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Demand Signals
    2. On the Demand Signal details page, review the basic details and resource details and select Submit.
    3. In the Submit demand signal dialog box, confirm the name of the demand signal.
    4. select Submit.
      The demand signal is submitted for approval.

  • Use the demand-signal submit command and required parameters to create a capacity request:

    oci capacity-management demand-signal occm-demand-signal-update --ds-id --lifecycle-details SUBMITTED

  • There is no API operation for this.
