Monitoring Project Copy Requests

When you create a project by copying from an existing project, Data Integration initiates a copy request that is a long-running operation. You can monitor the progress of the operation.

  1. Navigate to the Projects list page. If you need help finding the list page, see Listing Projects.
  2. Under Details, select Project copy requests.

The Project copy requests page opens. If available, a history of all copy requests made, in all stages of progress, is shown.

The following details are shown for a copy request:

    • Name: Name of the copy request. Select the name to see more details. For more information about the details, see Viewing the Details of a Project Copy Request.
    • Status: Overall status of the copy request, for example, Queued, In progress, Success, or Failed.
    • Progress: Bar showing the overall progress of the copy request. The numbers n/n indicate the number of artifacts copied or being copied.
    • Created by: The initiator of the copy request.
    • Started: When the copy request started.
    • Ended: When the copy request ended.

The Actions menu (Actions menu) for a copy request has these actions:

    • View details: Available for copy requests that have the Success status
    • Terminate: Available for copy requests that have the In Progress or Queued status
    • View logs: Available for copy requests with the Failed status
  3. Use the options under Filters to filter the list by status, and when the request started or ended. Select Clear to remove the filters.
  4. Select Refresh to update the Project copy requests page.
