Autonomous VM Cluster

Deleting an Autonomous Container Database and Autonomous Database are not prerequisites to delete an Autonomous VM Cluster. Once you delete your Autonomous VM Cluster, your Autonomous Container Database(s) and Autonomous Database(s) within the cluster will be deleted. Oracle recommends taking a backup of your databases before deleting the Autonomous VM Cluster to prevent any potential data loss.

  • These are the steps to delete an Autonomous VM Cluster.
    1. From the Oracle Database@AWS dashboard, select Autonomous VM clusters.
    2. Select your Autonomous VM cluster that you want to delete, and then select the Delete button.
