ODB Network

Deleting Exadata VM Cluster, Autonomous VM Cluster, and ODB peering connection are prerequisites to delete an ODB Network. Oracle recommends taking a backup of your databases before deleting the Exadata VM Cluster and Autonomous VM Cluster to prevent any potential data loss.

  • These are steps to delete an ODB Network:
    1. From the Oracle Database@AWS dashboard, select ODB networks.
    2. Select your ODB networks resource from the ODB network name list, and then select the Delete button.

    3. To confirm your action, you must enter delete me in the field, and then select the Delete button.

    4. A success or failure message will appear to confirm the results of the attempted deletion.
