OCI Tenancy

Learn about requirements for the Oracle Cloud account you plan to use with Oracle Database@AWS.

You need an Oracle Cloud account, also known as an OCI tenancy, to onboard with Oracle Database@AWS. For private offer purchases, you can link an existing tenancy, or create a new tenancy during onboarding. Details for both options are discussed in Link.

Note that you can also use your OCI tenancy for other OCI services such as Database Management and Operations Insights.
