Learn what configuration to expect in the Oracle Cloud Console for Oracle Database@Google Cloud after account linking.

After you link an OCI account, you can confirm Oracle Database@Google Cloud activation by checking a few pages in the Oracle Cloud Console.

To confirm subscription mapping, limits, and the creation of Multicloud link compartment, complete the steps in the following sections:

Verifying Subscription Mapping

  1. In the Oracle Cloud Console, search for "Subscription mapping" and then select Subscription Mapping.

  2. Confirm that the subscription type ORACLEDBATGOOGLE is displayed.

  3. Select Subscription ID to view the details for the subscription.
    The details page opens. The Mapped date field lists the date that you performed the Oracle Database@Google Cloud onboarding.

Verifying Limits

  1. In the Oracle Cloud Console, search for "Limits, Quotas and Usage" and then select Limits, Quotas and Usage.

  2. On the Limits, Quotas and Usage page, select the following values:
    • Service: Database
    • Scope: The availability domain (AD) that you want to check

      If you don't know the AD, you can check the three AD choices in the Scope for your current region to see your limits in the table.

    • Subscription: Your Oracle Database@Google Cloud subscription

      This subscription ends in ORACLEDBATGOOGLE.

    • Compartment: The root compartment for your OCI tenancy.

Verifying Your Oracle Database@Google Cloud in Google Cloud Console

To confirm that your Oracle Database@Google Cloud private offer is active and correctly associated with your billing account:
  1. Go to Google Cloud Marketplace – Your Orders: Open the Google Cloud Console and navigate to the Your Orders page in Google Cloud Marketplace.
    For more information, see Manage your accepted offers in the Google Cloud documentation.
  2. Under Select a billing account, select the billing account used during onboarding (for example, Production).
  3. Review the list of product orders associated with your selected billing account and find the order with the Product name Oracle Database@Google Cloud.
  4. Confirm expected column values:
    • Status: Active
    • Order title: expected details
    • Provider: Oracle
    • Plan: expected details (for example, "Private Offer Monthly Subscription")
    • Purchase date: expected details (confirm subscription validity)
    • Start date: expected details (confirm subscription validity)
    • End date: expected details (confirm subscription validity)
    • Payment schedule: expected details for committed billing cadence (for example, "Annual")

    Now you can access the Oracle Database@Google Cloud in the Google Cloud Console.

  5. In Google Cloud, navigate to the Oracle Database@Google Cloud product page by searching for Oracle Database@Google Cloud.
