Availability Script

A script is an APM Availability Monitoring resource.

The script resource creation is the first operation before creating the Scripted Browser monitor.

In this case, you need to create a script using the OCI APM Plug-in for Visual Studio Code.

Requirement: You must have a recorded Selenium side file.

Create Script

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select the required domain.
  3. Right click on the Scripts option and click on Create.
  4. Add script name and select script file. See Create a Script.

View Script Details

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain
  3. Right click on script to view its details and click Get details.

View Script in Browser

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain.
  3. Right click on script to be viewed in browser and click View in browser....

Download Script

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain
  3. Right click on script to be downloaded and click Download script.

Edit Script

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain.
  3. Right click on script to be edited, either update values in file editor or upload updated script and click Edit.

Copy Script OCID

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain
  3. Right click on script and click Copy OCID.

Delete Script

  1. In the tree navigation on the left side, expand the node for the compartment that you want.
  2. Expand APM Domains, select required domain.
  3. Right click on script to be deleted and click Delete.
  4. Select yes from the prompt.
