You must publish the Metric Extension to make it available for general use.

After testing and verifying the results of the Metric Extension, you can publish it and enable it for your Managed Databases.

To publish a Metric Extension:

1. Go to the Administration Metric Extensions page.
2. Click the Actions icon () for the Metric Extension and click Publish.
3. Review the confirmation message and click Publish.

   Once a Metric Extension is published, it cannot be edited or tested.
