Consumption for private or public connections in your tenancy
Following are the details of the number of IP addresses consumed in your VCN subnet when establishing connections for OCI Database Migration Service:
For Private connections :

Private end points assigned to database connections consume an IP address. During online migrations, GoldenGate connects to both the database and the Private Endpoint, each connection consumes one IP address.
