Description for OIC for OCI Provisioning

This graphic is a high-level representation of how provisioning for Oracle Integration in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure occurs. The right boxes show the Tenancy with various compartments and integration instances contained within. The Policy defines what the OCI group can do in each instance, and the OCI Group gets mapped or federated with the IDCS group. All users are created in the IDCS group and OIC instance roles are assigned to the IDCS Group or individual users. It is a best practice to assign OIC instance roles to the IDCS group so the users in each group can inherit the roles, rather than assigning roles to each user separately.
