Getting a Public Safety and Security Instance

View the configuration, lifecycle, API and user interface endpoints, and tags for a Public Safety and Security instance.

Review lifecycleDetails as well as lifecycleState. Subscription restrictions appear in lifecycle details without changing the instance lifecycle state, so an ACTIVE instance can still have restricted access. See subscription restrictions.

    1. Open the Navigation menu, select Oracle Public Safety and Security, and then under Public Safety and Security, select Instances.
    2. Select the compartment, and then select the Public Safety and Security instance.
    3. Review its lifecycle state and details, API service endpoint, Radio App user interface endpoint, Identity Domain URL and configuration details, timestamps, and tags.
Use serviceEndpoint for API requests and uiEndpoint to open Oracle Radio only when the instance is ACTIVE.
    • serviceEndpoint is the complete API URL:
      https://<unique-id>.pss.<region>.oci.oraclecloud.com/api/
    • uiEndpoint is the complete Radio App user interface URL, including the trailing /ui/. Open this URL to use Oracle Radio.
      https://<unique-id>.pss.<region>.oci.oraclecloud.com/ui/
  • Use the following command to get information about a Public Safety and Security instance.
