Cost and usage now available for pluggable databases in a VM cluster

The costs and usage for pluggable databases in a virtual machine cluster can now be viewed in Cost Analysis and in OCI proprietary cost reports in Cost and Usage Reports.

In Cost Analysis, use the new Attributed cost and Attributed usage options from the Show field during report creation. In Cost and Usage Reports, the new cost/attributedCost and usage/attributedUsage fields show the associated virtual machine pluggable database costs and usage.
