Add ZPR Security Attributes to Database Management Private Endpoints

Zero Trust Packet Routing (ZPR) security attributes can now be added to private endpoints in Database Management. You can add security attributes when you create a private endpoint, or from the Private endpoint details page after the private endpoint is created.
