New On-Demand Regions for Cohere Embed 4 in OCI Generative AI

Cohere Embed 4 is now available in OCI Generative AI with on-demand endpoints in the following regions:

New regions with on-demand mode

• US East (Ashburn)
• Saudi Arabia Central (Riyadh)

Existing regions with on-demand mode

• Japan Central (Osaka)
• US Midwest (Chicago)

Cohere Embed 4 is also available through dedicated AI clusters in these and other regions. For a complete list of supported regions and endpoint types (on-demand, dedicated AI clusters, both, or neither), see the Models by Region page.

To get started, select Cohere Embed 4 (model ID: cohere.embed-v4.0) in the OCI Console or API in a supported region. For model details, see the Generative AI documentation.
