New Regions for OpenAI gpt-oss Models in OCI Generative AI

OpenAI gpt-oss models (openai.gpt-oss-20b and openai.gpt-oss-120b) are now available in OCI Generative AI for the dedicated mode in the following regions:

New regions with dedicated mode

• UAE East (Dubai)
• Saudi Arabia Central (Riyadh)
• US West (Phoenix)

These models are also available through on-demand endpoints and dedicated AI clusters in other regions.
