OCI Logging supports dual-stack endpoints for IPv6

All Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Logging APIs now support dual-stack API endpoints. A dual-stack endpoint can resolve to either an IPv6 or an IPv4 address, allowing clients to connect over IPv6 while retaining IPv4 compatibility.
While IPv4 is supported by default, you need to enable IPv6 support. For more information, see Logging APIs.
