Simplify linking widgets to dashboard filters

When you add a filter to a dashboard that already contains widgets, a panel listing the widgets with an input parameter corresponding to the filter is displayed. These widgets are selected by default and are linked to the filter when you click Apply. To prevent a widget from being linked to the filter, deselect the check box for the corresponding input parameter under that widget before clicking Apply. After adding a filter, you can select Edit linked widgets from the filter’s Actions menu to change the widgets linked to the filter.
