HeatWave: Support for Versions 26.7.0, 9.7.2, and 8.4.11

HeatWave now supports MySQL database versions 26.7.0, 9.7.2, and 8.4.11. These versions provide security and bug fixes. New DB systems are now based on version 8.4.11, by default. You can optionally select version 26.7.0 or 9.7.2 when creating a new DB system. For existing DB systems, you can manually upgrade them to newer version, such as from version 8.4.10 to 8.4.11, or allow your maintenance policy to handle the upgrade.

All versions, 26.7.0 (Innovation), 9.7.2 (LTS), and 8.4.11 (LTS), are of production-grade quality. If you want to leverage the most recent advancements and enhancements, and stay abreast of cutting-edge technologies, version 26.7.0 might be the best fit for you. If you require established behavior, version 9.7.2 or 8.4.11 are more suitable.

In version 26.7.0, bulk ingest supports partitioned tables, prefix indexes, and tables with CHECK constraints.
