Fixed issues and enhancements in OS Management Hub releases 3.7 and 3.8

OS Management Hub releases 3.7 and 3.8 include the following fixes and enhancements:

• Fixed management station health and registration issues that could leave a station status out of sync with its associated instance.
• Fixed Ksplice update jobs for Oracle Linux 8, Oracle Linux 9, and Oracle Linux 10 that use the consolidated Ksplice 2.1.6 client packages.
• Added safe RPM database recovery when the expected backup is unavailable.
• Added automatic cleanup of obsolete YUM and DNF cache data.
• Fixed Ubuntu package inventory issues and recurring group update jobs that could remain in the Accepted state.
• Improved Console handling of unsupported Ubuntu update-category selections.
• Fixed Windows update inventory retrieval failures caused by certain timestamp formats.
• Fixed software source profile creation failures when descriptions exceed 255 characters but remain within the supported 400-character limit.
• Prevented attaching multiple software sources with the same repository ID to an instance.
• Fixed management station update failures when software source size information is unavailable.
• Fixed failures when listing large sets of software sources for profiles and generating management station configuration.
• Added support for administrator-provided Apache SSL configuration files on management stations, including separate certificate and private-key files and passphrase handling for encrypted private keys.
