OCI Search with OpenSearch now supports dedicated coordinator nodes within OpenSearch clusters.
Dedicated coordinator nodes offload coordination tasks from data nodes, including managing search requests and hosting OpenSearch Dashboards. By separating these functions, data nodes can focus on data storage, indexing, and search operations.
This improves overall cluster performance, resource usage, and workload isolation for production OpenSearch deployments.
