A polymorphic bundle SKU. The quantityRule discriminator identifies how the quantity for this bundled SKU is determined.
Every bundled SKU in an offer must use the same quantityRule; don't mix FIXED_RATIO and CUSTOMER_SELECTED bundled

UpdateCcdCommitmentDetails
Tag-only update details for a CCD commitment. At least one tag family must be supplied. An omitted tag family is preserved, an empty map removes all tags in that family, and a non-empty map replaces the complete tag family.
UsageEligibility
The CCD commitment applicability restrictions. If the CCD offer has been created with any region- or AD-specific offer restriction, then it will be honored first over the usage eligibility criteria.
