The information about monitored resource tags.

Request will fail if at least one of freeformTags or definedTags are not specified. Provided tags will be added or updated in the existing list of tags for the affected resources. Resources to be updated are identified based on association types specified. If association types are not specified, then tags will be updated only for the current resource.
Note: Objects should always be created or deserialized using the UpdateAndPropagateTagsDetails.Builder. This model distinguishes fields that are null because they are unset from fields that are explicitly set to null. This is done in the setter methods of the UpdateAndPropagateTagsDetails.Builder, which maintain a set of all explicitly set fields called UpdateAndPropagateTagsDetails.Builder.__explicitlySet__. The hashCode() and equals(Object) methods are implemented to take the explicitly set fields into account. The constructor, on the other hand, does not take the explicitly set fields into account (since the constructor cannot distinguish explicit null from unset null).
