DESCRIPTION

Lists the Configurations available when creating a DB System. This may include DEFAULT configurations per Shape and CUSTOM configurations. The default sort order is a multi-part sort by: - shapeName, ascending - DEFAULT-before-CUSTOM - displayName ascending
