One-off patches are created by specifying a database version, releaseUpdate and one-off patch number.

Any unrecognized values returned by a service will be mapped to ‘UNKNOWN_ENUM_VALUE’.
lifecycle_details (str) – The value to assign to the lifecycle_details property of this OneoffPatch.
