Case 3: Moving from Oracle BI Applications Release 11.1.1.10.1 and Previous Releases to Oracle BI Applications Release 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 (Oracle Analytics Server)

Upgrade your existing Oracle BI Applications installation in sequential order by release number, as described in the upgrade document. For example, if you're running Oracle BI Applications release 11.1.1.7.1, then upgrade to release 11.1.1.8.1, then release 11.1.1.9.2, then release 11.1.1.10.1, and then release 11.1.1.10.2.

After you've upgraded up to Oracle BI Applications release 11.1.1.10.2, then follow the steps mentioned in Case 1.
