Upgrade Prerequisites

Review the Certification Matrix for Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 release before you upgrade from Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.2 or Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 to the Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 PS4 release and from all the earlier releases to the 1.1.1.10.3 PS4 release.

You can upgrade from the Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 release or the earlier releases. If you want to upgrade from the Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.1 release and the earlier releases, you must first upgrade your earlier release to Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.2 and then proceed with the upgrade to Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 PS4.

You can perform direct upgrade from Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.9.2 and 11.1.1.10.1 releases to Oracle BI Applications 11.1.1.10.3 PS4. See My Oracle Support document (ID 2939101.1).
