Access Online Help in SSL-Only Environments

The Oracle E-Business Suite help system now uses the s_webentryurlprotocol variable in constructing the URL for online help files, thus enabling the online help system to work in SSL-only environments without the need to unset the profile option Applications Help Web Base URL.

Steps to enable and configure
