This release extends versioning, review, approval, schedule generation, and report capabilities to equipment leases. Equipment lease versioning begins from the first amendment performed on an active equipment lease.
Steps to enable and configure
- Apply the Property Manager update that delivers Equipment Lease: Multi-Level AME Workflow for Equipment Lease Authoring and Amendment.
- Configure or review the related workflow and AME approval rules, approver groups, notifications, and responsibility access.
- Test approval submission, approval, rejection, and resubmission with representative leases.
- Confirm that pending approval prevents inappropriate lease updates and that final statuses are reflected correctly.
Tips and considerations
- Test rejection and resubmission paths, not only successful approval paths.
- Use leases with more than one amendment when validating version history and report output.
- Test equipment lease behavior separately from property lease behavior, especially for amendments and versioning.
- Capture setup, lease transaction, schedule, accounting, and report views for rollout training where applicable.
